We are currently seeking a
Multi Trades Contracts Manager
to strengthen the Company due to increases in our workload. We are looking for someone to manage the Contracts side of the Multi Trades within the Company. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all Multi Trades Contracts in the Glasgow and surrounding area. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the site teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Have 10 years experience in a Multi Trades background. Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business. Good problem solver and able to work with minimal instruction. Smart, presentable, and happy to deal directly with customers. Punctual, reliable, and possess good practical skills. Clean Driving License. This position would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to get involved in all areas of the business, managing our current client expectations.
