£36-40k plus overtime and call out Benefits:
Company Vehicle (personal use option), Door to Door travel time paid Are you a Multi Skilled trades person looking for a new role in the Commercial Site Maintenance industry? Do you enjoy a variety of works ranging from internal to external maintenance and repairs? This regional Facilities Services company is recruiting due to a new contract win. As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a team of mobile engineers covering the south west region, offering maintenance services to various commercial properties such as retail, offices, and care homes. Duties will include: Planned and reactive works to internal and external parts of the property. Plumbing Carpentry Painting and Decorating Tiling Roofing Groundworks You will require a full driving licence as this is a mobile role, and a vehicle will be provided. Ideally, you should be a qualified tradesperson or an all-round general builder with a good range of trade skills as mentioned above.
