We’re hiring a Multinational Network Specialist to join our Global Network team on a full-time, permanent basis. The team is very well established and high performing ensuring the multinational growth and ambition of QBE can be served well by our Global Network of servicing offices. Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Global Network, you’ll support them and the Network Managers in managing the Global Network of servicing offices and managing your own allocated countries as agreed. As a key objective of this role, you’ll also ensure high-quality, up-to-date reference data in systems like AXCO and QGlobal+ for all servicing offices working closely with the Multinational Technical Operations team. You may oversee operational tasks and maintain strong relationships with network partners whilst ensuring service delivery meets SLAs. You will support team initiatives and other strategic operational tasks. Main responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of the Global Network strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Help identify and onboard new network partners to meet specific business needs, ensuring compatibility with QBE standards. Assist with due diligence, including financial checks and service capability, during partner onboarding. Collaborate with Network Managers to ensure performance standards are met across the global network, especially in policy issuance and claims servicing. Support the use of relevant data and reports to monitor and improve global network performance. Help implement remediation plans to address underperforming servicing offices and assist with terminating underperforming partner relationships. Support market engagement efforts, including sales initiatives, cross-selling, and promoting QBE’s Multinational proposition. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Multinational Client Centres, Claims, and Network Partners, to foster collaboration. Contribute to continuous improvement of the Multinational proposition, supporting system enhancements and process efficiency initiatives. Actively engage in risk management and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely completion of audit actions. About you

You’ll have the ability to meet goals and deliver exceptional service, with a background in building and maintaining relationships. You’ll have experience working across global teams to ensure Multinational programs run smoothly, with a passion for finding and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery. Skills you'll need:

Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with others. Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse audiences. Capable of proposing and critically evaluating changes to improve processes or services. Skilled at prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and efficient delivery, both individually and within the team. Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and guide actions. Able to identify the root cause of problems and take targeted actions to resolve them. Skilled in problem-solving and clearly presenting solutions to challenges.
