Full time, permanent Salary 40-45k inc Call Outs Do you have a knack for keeping complex machinery running smoothly? Are you analytically minded and ready for a new challenge? Then this might be the role for you! Our client is seeking a highly motivated Multiskilled Engineer to join their busy team, on a full-time permanent basis. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal efficiency and uptime of their automated production machinery. Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance on automated production machinery Improve preventative maintenance routines Manage mechanical and electrical fault finding, using three phase control systems Fault finding & repairing hydraulic or pneumatic systems Undertake small installation projects Optimise machine efficiency through continuous improvement Keep a clean and maintained work space, including transit areas to and from workshops and client visits Support operations team in achieving targets Comply with health and safety policies and procedures Contribute to cost effective technical solutions Participate in weekend call-out rota's Adhere to budgetary requirements while carrying out root cause analysis and predictive/preventative planning Skills & Experience: Obtained an engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering Experience working within mechanical/electrical works, breakdowns, repair, and fault diagnosis Strong electrical fault-finding skills, especially within PLCs, drives, and inverters Strong understanding of engineering diagrams, HV/LV Switchgear, and electrical drivers Excellent communication skills Full clean driving license and access to a car is essential For this role, please bear in mind - Rotating Weekly Shift Weekend Standby 1-4 paid extra
