Multi-Tradesperson
to work on social housing projects, with a focus on fitting wet rooms. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £37,000 per year. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in refurbishments and social housing works, who can start immediately. WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME? Fitting and refurbishing wet rooms to a high standard Carrying out a variety of trades, including plumbing, carpentry, and tiling Completing snagging and other repair tasks as needed Assisting with the delivery of materials and working effectively as part of a team Maintaining a professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude WHAT WILL I NEED? PPE 2 recent work references A comprehensive and up-to-date work history with experience in multi-trade work Basic hand tools and the ability to work independently A reliable plan to commute to various work sites HOW DO I APPLY?
