Music Specialist Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Music Specialist to work within schools across Swindon. You have plenty of transferable skills that you can bring from your Music degree that you can apply within the classroom; teamwork, dedication, resilience, motivation, communication and of course, creativity – these are all essential when working with children and young people in schools! Music is a great tool that can be used within schools to help students therapeutically or for focus. Using your creativity, you can help support students’ engagement and attitude towards their learning. Role:

Creative and a ‘think outside the box’ approach. Open minded and flexible to work with a variety of students with various needs. Class teacher – depending on qualifications (QTS needed) Cover supervisor/unqualified teacher – (no qualifications needed) Behaviour Support Assistant Youth Worker Music therapy within SEN schools Qualifications and Experience: (Desirable but not essential!)
