eRostering is being rolled out to all wards and departments in NHS Grampian and will ensure that clinical and non-clinical staff are rostered effectively so that the right staff are in the right place at the right time to deliver safe and effective patient care.
As a Data Assistant in the team you will primarily be responsible for the input of data into the eRostering system and the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS).
Applicants should have a good standard of education, this being 5 National 5 qualifications or 5 Standard Grades at credit level, or relevant equivalent experience in an administration environment. Good communication skills are required, as well as a good command of the English language. You will have the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy whilst working to strict deadlines.
We have a vacancy of 22.8 hours per week, on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2025.
Interviews are expected to be held in person during the week commencing 3 February. It is anticipated that successful candidates would commence employment shortly thereafter.
