Senior Manager / Director level role in the Insurance and Financial Services sector. Location: Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey) Permanent role with a salary of £80,000 - £120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits. One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Manager within Insurance and Broking. My client will provide housing licence and assist with relocation for candidates based outside of the Islands. Experience Required:
Experience in a Senior Management / Director role. Strong insurance sector experience. Current or background working in an insurance broking environment. Very strong people skills including team management, leadership, training, and development. Experience in finance, budgeting, and P&L management. Ideally ACII qualified / part qualified or similar.
