We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of nail care techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service and team morale. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and other nail enhancements.
Provide professional advice on nail care, nail health, and suitable products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with salon protocols.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in nail services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
Promote retail products and services to clients to enhance the overall nail care experience.
Assist with the organization of the nail therapy area, including maintaining stock levels and cleanliness.
Follow health and safety procedures and comply with salon policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy.
Proven experience as a Nail Therapist, with a portfolio of previous work.
Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Passion for nail care and staying current with beauty trends.
Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
Ability to handle multiple clients and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
