Our client is a leading distributor of instantly recognisable branded food and drink products. Over recent years the business has developed a strong presence across the Grocery, Convenience and Wholesale channels. The business has gained numerous awards recognising their success and company culture. Following the continued growth and success of the brands they represent the business has created a new position for a National Account Manager to drive and further develop their presence within the Grocery Retail channel.
Role
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of leading branded food products within a portfolio of retail multiple customers. Working closely with your customers you will develop a strategic relationship and set joint business plans in line with business expectations. Reporting into the Head of Sales you will work collaboratively with the wider commercial team and share best practice.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of growing and developing business within the retail multiples. This experience can be gained at NAM or National Account Executive level. As for product background, experience within branded food or drink products is essential. It is important you are self-motivated and have the ability to build long term relationships with your customers. The business is looking for a loyal individual that wants to be a real part of the company’s long-term plans and growth strategy.
Location
This is a home based role with an expectancy to visit the companies South East head office once a month
Benefits
£45,000 to £50,000, 10% bonus, company car, healthcare & benefits
