My client is seeking a proactive and results-driven National Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence in the UK market, focusing on our innovative salads and pesto products produced through vertical farming technology. The role is based in the UK and will require a strong focus on managing existing customer relationships (primarily in Northern regions) while expanding our client base in the Modern Trade Channels. There is great growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring all account issues are addressed efficiently with a customer-centric approach. Drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the UK Modern Trade sector. Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans to align customer and company objectives. Provide essential inputs for the Monthly Business Planning cycle to ensure accurate forecasting and goal setting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in similar roles, including account management, trade marketing, or category management. Industry Knowledge:
Proven success managing national and local clients within the UK Modern Trade Channels. Skills:
Expertise in customer planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Tools:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Languages:
Fluency in English (C1 level); Italian is a bonus. Be able to travel between Italy and the UK when needed. Strong existing relationships with key accounts in the UK market are highly valued.

Results-oriented with strong analytical and business planning skills. Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and synthesis abilities. Open-minded, curious, and purpose-driven, with a passion for sustainability.
