We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to join our fast-paced team, specialising in the ever-evolving e-commerce sector. This role is your chance to lead the sales strategy for major online channels, including giants like Amazon and Argos, while also driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital sales.
Responsibilities
- Own the Amazon account: Manage everything from product listings and performance analysis to forecasting and boosting market share.
- Strategise for Argos: Develop and execute strategic plans, driving success and providing regular progress updates.
- Data-driven decisions: Analyse sales and stock data to guide forecasting and purchasing recommendations.
- Seize new opportunities: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities that align with our growth objectives.
- Market insights: Deliver valuable market data and insights to shape account decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing: Ensure our D2C e-commerce site offers an engaging customer experience through optimised digital content.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs across all platforms, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest e-commerce trends and digital tools to drive innovation and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years in Account Management, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Amazon.
- Proven success: Demonstrated achievements in AMS marketing, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
- Mobility: A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in tools like Vendor Central, Google Analytics, and Excel for sales analysis.
- Commercial acumen: Strong skills in negotiation, data analysis, and market strategy.
- E-commerce expertise: Experience in digital e-commerce sales, particularly in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce.
Salary: up to £50k with 10k commission and company car and fantastic company benefits
