Warehouse operations within the UK, managing key relationships with service providers around safety, service, and quality.
Leading the development of providers focused on safety, service, and quality.
Overseeing warehousing, distribution, and transport operations.
Providing excellence in leadership capability, supporting and developing strategic goals and plans to drive positive change and a safe work-life balance culture.
Identifying processes to streamline continuous improvements and holding full P&L responsibility for freight and warehousing within the UK.
Managing the business case for large projects, including:
Setting up a large General Merchandise Distribution Centre.
Responsible for 2-man Home Delivery.
Setting up and implementing the Multi-Channel E-Commerce.
Warehouse solutions for Live Plant Fulfilment Centres.
Ensuring Continuous Improvement Plans are in place.
