Our clients are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales efforts across the country. Job Description: As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer loyalty. You will lead and motivate a team of sales managers and work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure the success of their sales initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, specifically within the bathroom sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership:

Lead, coach, and mentor the national sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of key accounts, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals, budgets, and KPIs. Develop action plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Client Relations:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, architects, and design professionals, to drive sales and maintain long-term partnerships. Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations. Use this knowledge to effectively position our products in the market. Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and report on progress towards goals. Provide insights to inform decision-making. Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure products and promotional materials align with customer needs and market demands. Travel:

Travel regularly to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events. Qualifications: Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the bathroom industry. Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated success in developing and executing national sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Leadership Skills:

Strong experience in leading and motivating a national or regional sales team. Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the bathroom manufacturing industry, including products, trends, and market dynamics. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimise performance. Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel extensively as required for client meetings and industry events.
