The National Sales Manager for Sports Rehab Devices will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of the sports rehabilitation industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including sports medicine professionals, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and healthcare facilities. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives that support sales efforts. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Oversee the development and execution of training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Manage sales budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective sales operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the medical devices/orthopaedics. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the sports rehabilitation market and a strong network of industry contacts. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel nationally as required.
