is actively searching for a proven National Sales Manager to head up the sales division for a well-known lift engineering company based in the UK. This key role will strengthen the established sales team. Following hard graft upon joining this lift engineering company, there is an agreed opportunity to move into a Sales Director role. This is genuinely the most exciting and unique opportunity to progress in your sales career in the lift industry and one not to be missed. Key Responsibilities: National Sales Manager: Lift Engineering Company Achieve/exceed the monthly sales targets in the lift industry Follow up quotations, negotiate and convert orders to high-margin sales. Provide accurate and timely forecasts, including assisting with yearly budgeting. Complete monthly sales reports and attend sales meetings Regularly visit customers' and consultants' premises/sites to develop relationships and follow up on business opportunities through orders. Managing an existing Sales Team in London. Attend exhibitions across the UK and Europe, including detailed involvement in Liftex London in June 2025. Actively participate in all relevant internal and external training and industry events. Account management and development of the existing sales team pipelines to sustain the company's record of revenue growth and accelerate your promotion to Sales Director! Create, manage and present sales reports and presentations Visit suppliers' premises and develop relationships in the UK and abroad Willingness to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays as required Proactively network in the lift industry to build on and expand the company's access to new customers, contractors and suppliers. Ideal Candidate: National Sales Manager: Lift Engineering Company. Currently or previously delivered a sales role in the passenger lift industry or similar.
