Job Role Overview The role requires an excellent understanding of Naval Architecture principles and the ability to use that knowledge, together with sound engineering judgement, to solve our customer’s important problems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Working collaboratively to ensure the customers’ requirements are met and providing innovative solutions to their problems.

Breaking down complex tasks and then executing the planned schedule of work.

Ensuring the work is conducted in a safe manner, highlighting hazards and potentially unsafe practices to Team Lead.

Actively participating and encouraging increased collaboration across the team.

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week at our Bristol or Gosport site, with hybrid working available.

Essential Experience of the Naval Architect You must have experience in the Naval Architecture field.
