Vacancy Description £25.00 Per Hour • Temporary • 18 hours ago We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity as my clients Neighbourhood Housing Lead on a temporary basis initially (2 months minimum).
The patch location for this role will be Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea – paying the temp equivalent to £34,904 per annum (FTE plus Essential Car User Allowance if criteria met) and agile working (reporting to office 2 times a week based in Stratford, otherwise out on patch or work from home).
Please note that for this role you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Essential Experience: * Housing sector experience and knowledge on all aspects of tenancy management – tenancy/leasehold management, tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour including but not limited to dealing with domestic violence, domestic abuse, hate crime, vulnerable residents and safeguarding.
* Property management – facilities management, communal inspections and service charges including relevant Housing and Immigration Law and Welfare Reform.
* FRA experience * Experience of working with tenants and/or leaseholders * Risk Management.
* Compliance in terms of tenancy management and property management.
* Exceptional customer service.
* Ability to quickly simplify and disseminate complex information.
* Operational knowledge of the regulatory environment for housing associations.
* Awareness of budget management and value for money.
* A willingness to learn and achieve the IRPM qualification and any other learning deemed appropriate to the role.
Desirable Experience: * IRPM qualification.
* Housing qualification.
* Extensive property management experience.
