Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents. Improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they are happy in. Being the primary relationship holder with the residents living in homes on your patch, covering around 500 - 600 homes. Qualifications:
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with colleagues and residents. Strong problem-solving abilities and a determined, can-do attitude. Ability to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes for residents. Excellent time management skills and capability to manage a complex workload while meeting deadlines. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement with a diverse customer base. Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to drive and have access to a car for work.
