Low level ASB management - triaging cases, liaising with Enforcement officers, preparing and serving notices for breaches of tenancy
Tenancy sustainment support - carrying out assessment of needs, signposting to external support agencies, identifying where customers are at risk of failing their tenancies and making positive interventions
Responding to general enquiries, queries and complaints from customers, Councillors and Local MPs
Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
Home visits
Health & safety compliance, inspections, assisting to log and chase repairs
What you'll need to succeed Experience in a Housing/Neighbourhood Officer role delivering housing, tenancy and estate management to general needs customers
ASB caseload management and experience of dealing with low level arrears & other breaches of tenancy
Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own diary efficiently
