Responsibilities: Neighbourhood Response Officers carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local regions, part-time in Chelmsford and Bishop Stortford.
Requirements: Must have own vehicle.
You'll assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
