To provide a fully integrated nursing service in the Acute and Community sectors, working in partnership to provide a high quality sustainable service for Neonates and their carers within Cwm Taf University Health Board.

The Post Holder will be required to ensure the highest standard of specialist patient care, which reflects the quality of standards and mission of the Health Board, and contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures within the sphere of responsibility.

The Post Holder will be required to carry out a range of assigned tasks involving direct and indirect care for the benefit of babies and their carers in accordance with agreed protocols.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 staff nurses to join our team on a fixed term. Based on the Neonatal Unit in Prince Charles Hospital the successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in the specialty of neonates as part of the nursing team.

This post is Fixed Term/Secondment until 31st March 2025 due to secondment cover.
