The Neonatal Unit is a 16-bedded neonatal unit caring for babies from 27 weeks gestation, providing 5 intensive care/high dependency cots and 11 special care cots. We are part of the Thames Valley and Wessex Neonatal Network and the Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS), working closely with our colleagues in neighbouring units to provide high-quality care. Across the Neonatal Unit, we continually strive, as a multi-disciplinary team, to offer high-quality, evidence-based, and holistic care to all of our patients. To deliver high-quality patient care daily. The post holder should be knowledgeable in all areas of nursing care including resuscitation and stabilisation, admission to discharge, which facilitates clinical practice development.
