I'm partnering with an established employee-owned software company just North of Lancaster in Cumbria, specializing in life-critical healthcare systems and NHS projects. They're currently looking for a .NET developer to join their existing team of 14 developers.

Job Details: Full-time permanent positions Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Initial 6 months full-time onsite, then hybrid working (3 days office/2 days remote) Team size: 14 developers

Key Responsibilities: Design and development of user-facing features and server-side code Building scalable applications and reusable code libraries Contributing to technical design sessions Collaborating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders Some customer support duties

Technical Skills: 5+ years of software development experience Strong C# and .NET development expertise WPF, XAML, and MVVM for UI development Entity Framework Core API design and development Database development Source control (Git/TFS)
