Design and Development: Build web-based software applications for Labman's cutting-edge robotic automation platforms and internal systems. Quality Coding and Design: Develop software that meets Labman’s high-quality coding standards, conduct code reviews, and contribute to system architecture and design decisions. Task and System Management: Actively participate in planning and organizing tasks within management frameworks, while supporting and enhancing existing software systems. Team Collaboration and Support: Foster professional growth through knowledge sharing and mentorship, provide effective support to internal and external users, and collaborate within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment. Minimum 2 years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft .NET Core / .NET 6. Proficient in C# with strong development skills. Solid understanding of software development principles, including separation of concerns and object-oriented programming. Database development expertise, including experience with MySQL. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation. Ability to work within the Labman ISO9001 framework, ensuring adherence to strict coding conventions. Desirable Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, and Vue.js, with experience in MongoDB or other document/timeseries databases. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Linux for containerized application management. Experience with MVC Razor and/or Razor Pages for web development. Strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces. Experience using source control systems (SVN / Git) and working with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development workflows. Company Benefits
