NetSuite Business Development Manager

to join their innovative and fast-paced team. This is a new business sales role focused on selling ERP solutions, including the NetSuite Software portfolio and associated services, to mid-tier and corporate clients across various industries. You'll play a key role in driving business growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, while collaborating closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets. Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within the mid-market. Build and manage a robust pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building. Collaborate with presales, consulting, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions. Present and negotiate with C-level executives, showcasing the value of ERP solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using company CRM tools. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in selling ERP solutions (NetSuite experience preferred). Track record of success in new business sales, including achieving and exceeding targets. Experience selling CRM/Financials solutions and services. Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving license and the ability to commute to the Crewe office. What's in It for You?
