Description Helm is seeking an experienced NetSuite System Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will excel in customizing forms, developing scripts, streamlining accounting processes, and ensuring overall system efficiency to support evolving business needs. Primary Responsibilities Customization and Form Updates Customize NetSuite forms, fields, and records to align with business processes. Update existing forms and templates for data entry, reporting, and workflows. Script Development Write and deploy NetSuite

SuiteScript

(1.0/2.0) for process automation and system enhancements. Develop scripts for data validation, workflow automation, and custom integrations. Accounting Process Management Support accounting teams in setting up, automating, and improving financial workflows Create custom financial reports and dashboards. System Maintenance Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors. Manage system updates, patches, and integrations. Maintain role-based permissions and user access controls. Training and Documentation Provide training and support to users on NetSuite processes. Document new workflows, customizations, and system configurations. Reporting and Analytics Develop saved searches, reports, and KPIs tailored to business and financial needs. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights. Requirements Required Skills and Experience

Experience: 2+ years as a NetSuite Administrator or Developer. Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) development. Experience customizing NetSuite forms, workflows, and fields. Familiarity with accounting processes in NetSuite ERP. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and modules (Financials, CRM, etc.). Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics. Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with accounting teams and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in process improvement for financial operations. Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
