Network CCTV Engineer - WA7 1NX (£35K - £40K)
Our client Topological Limited is looking for an enthusiastic individual with network and/or CCTV installation experience to join their team, based in Runcorn. The position will include installing and maintaining Aruba switch/wireless networks, Hikvision CCTV, and Paxton doors for local schools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
CCTV Installation and maintenance Technical Support (remote and onsite) and update support logs Installation of network switches and wireless technologies Create and update documentation
Requirements:
Experience of working on multiple sites Networking fundamentals - VLANs/wireless The ability to work with minimal supervision Time management, written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving abilities Health & Safety experience
Basic Knowledge/Understanding:
IT experience (Microsoft Office) Capable with hand and power tools e.g. ladders, drills, etc. Cabling (CAT5e, CAT6 and fibre optic) Computers/technology
Additional Information: During the probation period, the use of your own vehicle is required with expenses covered.
Holidays = 23 days per calendar year + Bank Holidays. Sick pay = 3 days paid in any 12 month period + SSP. Driving is a necessity with a clean driving licence (van to be provided after initial probation period).
