Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we are looking for a Network Contracts Coordinator to provide support on commercial activities in relation to materials, build partners, and contractors. Here’s why you’ll love this role Manage Purchase Order cover for materials and build partners, including requesting quotations from materials suppliers and calculation of bill of quantities for project labour costs. Administration, verification, and approval of build partner and installation/prebuild payment applications. Interpret work packs and bill of materials in order to place orders and draw-down requests for materials from key suppliers. Collate, track, and report on build & installation partner/materials supplier invoicing, project spend, and variations. Occasional site visits/audits of build partner locations and work sites to support HSE team. Here’s why you’ll be great in this role You will have previous experience working in procurement or buying, ideally within the Telecoms industry. You will have experience working with contractors and with rate cards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. IT literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft packages. The benefits Pension 5% employer / 5% employee contribution.
