Network Coordinator
will involve working as part of a wider project team where you will be an integral part in reporting on the day-to-day activities on the A465 via a contact centre. On a day-to-day basis, the responsibilities of the
Network Coordinator
will include the following (not exhaustive): Monitoring and recording all activities and incidents on the project road Taking calls for the Customer Helpline Deploying appropriate resources to deliver the services Escalating issues that require the attention of the management team or the Incident Manager Liaising with emergency services and other relevant authorities Updating the Asset Management System Assisting in the management of roadworks, streetworks and abnormal loads Ensuring activities undertaken on the Project Road are accurately recorded within the Asset Management System Monitoring performance of the supply chain on the Project Road The Ideal Candidate
Good communication and administration skills Strong telephony and IT skills Ability to adapt and prioritise your workload in order of urgency Proactive with an ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team Ability to build trust with colleagues, employees and customer groups Act as first point of contact for external and internal queries, redirecting to the most appropriate person as necessary Carry out various daily administrative tasks as requested and deal with various forms of communication, emails, filing, telephone calls Why Us
