As the Country Network Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth and optimisation of our dealer network within the USA region. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s reach by identifying, onboarding, and supporting a network of high-performing dealers. This role requires strategic vision, relationship-building expertise, and a results-driven mindset. Duties/Responsibilities

Network Strategy :

Develop and execute a strategic plan for dealer network expansion and optimisation, aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Identify key regions for market development and ensure strategic dealer placement.

Dealer Onboarding & Support :

Lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new dealerships/ dealer groups, ensuring alignment with Norton brand standards and values. Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to enhance their performance and customer satisfaction.

Performance Management :

Analyse dealership performance metrics, including sales, service, customer satisfaction and financial performance, and implement improvement plans where necessary. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the dealer network.

Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners (owners/ management/ key staff), acting as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for operational issues. Foster a collaborative culture between Norton and the dealer network.

Market Insights :

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform network development strategies. Collaborate with Norton sales, marketing and product teams to align network strategies with customer needs.

Compliance & Brand Alignment :

Ensure all dealers adhere to Norton brand guidelines, operating standards, and regulatory requirements. Act as a Norton brand ambassador, ensuring the dealer network embodies the company’s mission and values.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in network development, sales, or operations management within the motorcycle or automotive industry. Experience within the United States - Regions will be discussed if successful in to interview stages. Strong understanding of dealer network dynamics, including sales, service, and customer satisfaction strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Willingness to travel extensively within the country and occasionally internationally. Preferred Skills:

Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry. Familiarity with CRM systems and dealer management tools. Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment is a plus. Rewards of working for Norton:
