We are excited to support an established international IT service provider in their search for an
IT Network Engineer
to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest technologies, advance your career, and gain exposure to diverse projects. With occasional international travel and a flexible work schedule, this role is ideal for a passionate and driven engineer.
The Role
Provide both remote and onsite IT support to clients across the UK and internationally. Work on a flexible rota: primarily Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional shifts. Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues. Design, implement, and modify IT networks for new and existing systems. Operate and improve monitoring solutions to ensure system performance, security, and backups. Upgrade and replace network hardware where required. Maintain and develop IT systems for clients. About You
A degree in an IT-related discipline (1st class or upper second) and/or certifications such as MCSE or MCP. At least 3 years experience in an IT engineering or support role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues until resolved. Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise English. A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. Confidence in both independent and team-based working environments. A valid UK passport and driving license, with flexibility for occasional international travel. Additional language skills (German) - desirable Technical Skills
