We have openings for experienced Network Engineers to join our team based in Erskine or Newcastle. This role is hybrid site-based, and due to customer requirements, the successful candidate must be eligible for UK Security clearance. Duties and Responsibilities

NOC 3rd line engineering support, including but not limited to the following activities: Provide network-related support to DXC deployed test and verification lab environments located in Erskine. Networks implementation, test and verification of Node builds. Providing networking configurations. Staging of equipment. Physical patching. Carry out testing for BAU driven changes and provide associated test reports. Network configuration and design collateral management. Update and appropriately record documentation in the DXC / DXC Customer provided systems. Adhere to Project Enhancement Release (PER) processes as needed. Validate the configurations applied by 3rd parties to Nodes against the approved configuration. Escalation for incidents reported via the service management tools (SM9) for the in-scope devices as requested by NOC Level 2. Provide ad hoc, reactive support for high priority and short notice requests related to in-scope devices. Attend meetings as required by the business.
