We are looking for a Complex Delivery Network Engineer who has experience in a combination of the following technologies: Cisco Routing and Switching (Cisco ACI, NXOS, Arista, ASR, CSR, CSP, EVPN, NDFC, and Cisco campus Wi-Fi) F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, iRules, Policies, Client/Server TLS, mutual authentication, troubleshooting API/HTTP calls) Fortinet FortiGate, including FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer, Cisco Firepower/ASA Additional highly valued skills and certifications include: Juniper Routing and Switching Bluecoat / Symantec Proxy / zScaler / Infoblox / Forescout / NetScaler Cisco Certified - minimum CCNP Enterprise, FortiGate Associate or Professional, and F5 LTM/GTM at "Certified Technical Specialist" or equivalent level In this role, I will focus on designing, building, maintaining, and supporting the infrastructure that underpins the development, deployment, and execution of risk models across our organization. My main accountabilities include: Designing and implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions for risk model development, deployment, and execution. Implementing security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of risk model data and systems. Consulting on complex issues and providing advice to People Leaders to help resolve escalated issues. Identifying ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies and procedures to support the control and governance agenda. Taking ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls related to my work. Collaborating with various areas to ensure alignment with business activities and strategy. Engaging in complex analyses of data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems creatively and effectively. Communicating complex information clearly, including sensitive content when necessary and influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Description

This position is part of the Complex Delivery team at Barclays, and I will be expected to embody the Barclays Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship, which guide our moral compass and decision-making. This role can be based out of either Knutsford or Glasgow.
