We are looking for a Network Support Engineer who preferably holds FortiGate NSE4 and CCNP qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess experience in LAN switching, campus networking, datacentre networking, wireless networking, and network security (including firewall and IDS/IPS). You should also have experience with internet and WAN connectivity, CoIP video conferencing, and virtualization and storage. Most importantly, we seek someone with an engaging personality and a background in a client-facing role.
In this role, you will provide a broad range of technical support to our varied customer base, with a strong focus on network support. Your tasks will include conducting on-site physical installations, responding to incoming customer queries, and monitoring network systems. You will be a vital part of an energetic and fast-paced environment, and your contributions will be pivotal to our success.
