Job Title: Network Field Engineer
I am seeking a Network Field Engineer to work in a technically hands-on environment in Clevedon. The role will involve working either in the office or travelling to customer locations. The successful Network Field Engineer will set up new networks and telephony environments for a range of clients while providing support and improvement to existing systems. You will provide support either face-to-face, via email, or phone to a network of customers, ensuring that all problems are either solved or escalated to the correct members of the IT team. You will be required to adhere to the Service Level Agreement and ensure that you do all in your power to meet these service levels. Responsibilities:
