Field Network Engineer , you’ll: Conduct

wireless site surveys

using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet to optimize coverage and performance. Perform

rack-and-stack installations , including mounting, cabling, and labeling equipment in data centers and field environments. Install, terminate, and test

cabling

(fiber and copper) to meet project specifications and quality standards. Deploy and troubleshoot

network hardware

(routers, switches, access points) in both field and office settings. Support the implementation and maintenance of

SDN and SD-WAN

solutions. Collaborate with remote teams and clients to deliver seamless network services. Maintain and update detailed documentation, including site reports, cabling layouts, and incident logs. Provide outstanding client support, including troubleshooting and resolving field-level connectivity issues. What We’re Looking For: Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs). Networking: Familiarity with network hardware setup and wireless technologies would be beneficial. Field Expertise:

Experience in cabling, rack-and-stack, and conducting site surveys is highly desirable. Certifications:

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site effectively. Adaptability:

Comfortable with travel to client sites, shift work, and varying workloads. Growth Mindset:
