A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established IT Team providing ICT services across 3 locations, where you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the ICT infrastructure. Working within the Infrastructure and Networks team, you’ll focus on problem analysis and resolution, as well as contributing to exciting projects.
You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues from other teams, including applications and desktop, to deliver innovative solutions that drive the organisation forward. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and maintenance for the ICT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations across network and server environments. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, demonstrating a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving. Contribute to infrastructure projects by implementing robust solutions. Work in collaboration with other teams, building strong relationships to ensure seamless ICT service delivery. Key Skills: A minimum of two years’ experience working within a Network and Server team. A solid understanding of network technologies and server systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
