School Network Manager . This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the school's IT infrastructure. If you're a skilled IT professional with a passion for technology and a commitment to education, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the school's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving IT issues promptly. Lead the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Oversee hardware and software upgrades, ensuring systems are up to date and meet the school's needs. Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers and suppliers. Deliver training and support to staff, promoting effective use of technology in education. Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a forward-thinking and organised professional, comfortable working in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in network management, ideally within an educational setting. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services such as Office 365. Familiarity with IT security protocols, including firewalls and antivirus software. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
