Network Manager! About the Role As the Network Manager, you will be the driving force behind our organization's network operations and delivery at scale. You'll ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust, reliable, and future-ready while managing relationships with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver world-class services. Network Manager Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable network infrastructure. Manage the operational performance of our network services, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables are consistently met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions across the organization. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise infrastructure performance and reduce costs. Provide leadership in incident and problem management to minimize service disruption. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. What We're Looking For Extensive experience managing large-scale network delivery or operations in a corporate or enterprise environment. A proven ability to oversee and manage relationships with Managed Service Providers, ensuring value-driven performance. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, or similar are highly desirable.
