Since we started our journey to build a no-nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster. People and Culture Easy never changed anything. Not in manufacturing, science, engineering or energy – and certainly not elite sport. At INEOS we tackle every challenge head-on, and we help extraordinary athletes achieve extraordinary things. When it comes to making positive change, we know nothing gets done without grit, rigour and humour. Our Automotive team consists of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities; we’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary. If this sounds like you, let’s talk. As part of the global Sales team, the Network Performance Analytics Lead is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of key strategic Retailer performance metrics for areas such as Sales, Aftersales and Brand Standards, and specifically for variable margin measurement. Metrics will be used to benchmark performance against strategic targets to drive Retailer behaviour. Benchmarking, analytics and performance will be displayed in a transparent scorecard portal for Retailers to review and interpret. This individual should ensure the appropriate metrics are in place, accurate, monitored and continuously improved with the overall target of enhancing performance and profitability through customer satisfaction and retailer performance. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support the delivery of the Grenadier sales and distribution strategy. It is expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs the current automotive space. Constantly challenge the status quo of modern forward-thinking retailing. Build IAL global Retailer intelligence for performance reviews, understanding and regional action planning. Support the maintenance and evolution of thorough and robust standards, in line with the brand values, for all sales and aftersales conduit. Support developing the internal processes of the Retail model in line with internal audit and other quality process management guidelines. Establish close working relationship with the Commercial and Regional Teams. Supporting the creation of KPIs/targets by which to measure effectiveness of our distribution channels, coordinating market intelligence, support building composite data for each of those channels. Manage the timely collation and calculation of quarterly results and variable margin outcomes. What we are looking for: International business development and/or trade experience; bringing a creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking is more important than automotive sector experience. Proven track record in working in an international business environment. Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry. Creative with ability to think outside the box. Robust IT literacy (xls), commercial acumen. Process driven and pragmatic approach. If the role sounds of interest and you want to learn more please apply. Please include a covering letter that supports your application along with any other supporting information. If your application is successful one of the team will be in touch to arrange an initial conversation!
