Proactively seek to reduce the zoned postcode offering through new processes or tools. Improve robustness within the delivered sales service to keep customer impacts to an absolute minimum. Store profile reviews based on later data-driven evidence. Key databases and tools used by the online planning team kept up to date in line with the latest practices. New systems tested and aligned with existing processes and tools. Work collaboratively across Ecommerce, digital operations, and retail to successfully implement changes. Plan and monitor growth for future capacity planning. Use a model to measure and track the network capacity to inform the investment strategy and understand the operational realities. Manage a team of network planners to ensure the function is being creative and proactive to continually drive the delivered sales service. Experience required (must haves):
Experienced in logistical operations problem-solving and transport planning. Knowledge of online industry best practices for a logistics operation. Experienced in managing a team. Strategic mindset and ability to develop practices for reducing costs and increasing commercial performance.
