Take the lead in driving new business growth through establishing and nurturing relationships with new landlord partners. As a Network Growth Manager your goal is to secure new site locations by proactively promoting the clear environmental and economic benefits of InPost products to multi-site and enterprise level landowners. What you’ll be doing: Lead negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals that align with both InPost's and our landlord partners' objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential landlord partners, showcasing the benefits of integrating InPost solutions. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with landlords through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs. Follow up on inbound and outbound sourced leads generated by our marketing and business development teams, and provide insights to improve lead gen campaigns. Stay abreast of market trends, competition, segments, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities for growth. Partner with Business Development Executive to gather relevant qualification information. Analyse the territory potential, track sales activities and produce performance reports. Keep Hubspot up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process. What we need from you: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in retail, transport, FMCG, real estate, logistics, or related industries though not essential. Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to think strategically, analyse market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. A team player willing to share ideas and support the wider team.
