You will have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills with colleagues and senior stakeholders and thrive as a team player. You will have the ability to balance pragmatic solution delivery with technical rigour while maintaining a strong commitment to change control and service introduction processes. It would be advantageous if you have a proven track record of delivering projects from conception and design to enduring support, possessing strong leadership skills in team or project contexts. A degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with certifications including ITIL Foundation, CISSP, and CCNA would also be beneficial in this role.
