You’ll have the opportunity to obtain your CCNA certification while already working, blending learning with real-world application. Responsibilities: You’ll provide 2nd line support for leased line connections, data centre connectivity, and SD-WAN solutions. You’ll configure routers and VoIP handsets while swiftly diagnosing network queries. You’ll collaborate with a diverse IT, DSL, and broadband team, focusing on circuits, leased lines, and ADSL. You’ll engage directly with resellers and direct customers, addressing their distinct networking requirements. Minimum Requirements: LAN/WAN experience.
