You will be supporting our customer in the functionality of IT systems, leveraging your networking and IT knowledge to develop suitable solutions to issues. Core Responsibilities Provide support and advice regarding appropriate hardware and/or software to ensure computer systems meet requirements. Manage existing solutions or design new solutions to resolve issues. Document changes to ensure recurring issues can be resolved swiftly. Maintain existing systems, determining the requirement for fixes. What we are looking for Experience with network engineering (Cisco Router/Switch Config). Experience with VMWare/VCentre. Endpoint security tools administration (e.g., McAfee). Knowledge or experience of Linux or Citrix would be beneficial. UK military experience and active DV clearance are essential to be considered for this role. What’s in it for you? Base salary of £55,000-£60,000. £5000 a year professional development budget. Wellness program. 25 days annual leave. Note: this is a fully on-site role, and candidates for this role are required to hold active UK security clearance to a high government standard.
