Experience with technical support and maintenance of desktop and mobile devices. Customer-centric approach, offering support and working on high-volume tickets. This isn’t just your standard support role as you will be able to get involved in project work when they arise. Flexibility is key as you will be a good all-rounder, testing and recommending hardware and software for the business.
