Senior Occupational Therapist (Equivalent to Band 7) £3000 Golden Hello Bonus (T&Cs Apply)* Location: Hitchin Salary: £46,148 - £47,073 per annum DOE Hours: 37.5 hours per week Why Join Us? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team providing care and slow-stream rehabilitation to individuals with neurological conditions in a beautiful, historic setting. About the Role: We are looking for an innovative and person-centred professional to develop treatment and support plans that enhance function and quality of life.

Opportunity to develop a therapeutic group programme catering to a diverse range of needs. Lead a small team of therapy assistants and activities coordinators. Work with individuals with a variety of neurological conditions. Develop expertise in equipment provision and seating solutions. Commitment to continuing professional development and regular supervision. Peer support available from a network of OTs and AHP professionals specialising in neurological rehabilitation. About You: Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy. Current and valid registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). Evidence of continued professional development. Skills & Experience: Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Desirable: Experience in a relevant setting (including practice placements).
