£28.52 per hour (assignment rate) Main Duties of the Occupational Therapist: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease). Evaluate physical, cognitive, psychological, and social needs to develop a holistic understanding of each patient's challenges. Develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Requirements of the Occupational Therapist: Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy. Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist. Recent NHS experience. Registered with the HCPC. Must have experience of working with adults with acquired neurological diagnosis, specifically stroke. Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team. Candidate will be required to carry out home visits across the borough of Bromley. Ideally, a car driver; however, the job could be completed using public transport if needed.
