Senior Project Manager

to oversee high-end housing and complex commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing multi-million-pound projects, with exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage client relationships and contract requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of high-end residential and complex commercial projects, from planning through to successful delivery. Lead project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Oversee health and safety across all project sites. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues promptly. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in a Construction-related discipline. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within high-end housing or complex commercial building projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on client management and contract administration. Demonstrated experience in delivering multi-million-pound projects.
